Returns and Shipping Information:
You're able to request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your items. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. We accept exchanges for clothing as long as the items are in their original condition.
If you need to make a return or exchange please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to receive instruction on how to send your return back to us. If the item is defective we will issue a prepaid return label. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of her/his choice.
- All items must be in original packaging, unwashed, unworn and with all original tags attached.
- Refunds will be made to the original form of payment at the time of checkout.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Unfortunately, we can’t accept a return if items are worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Please note that you are fully responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original packaging and we are not responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
- All Sale items are final. No return or exchange unless the product is defective.
